From start to finish, we found the management and staff at the resort to be most accommodating. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, staff were always happy to help. The rooms are spacious, relatively modern, clean and tidy with a wide variety of complementary toiletries and a fruit bowl. The food was delightful across breakfast, lunch and dinner. We strongly recommend the grilled chicken and freshly cooked pasta. They were quite considerate, organizing our transfer plus sorting out for us a late check out as we had an evening flight. We were also given a packed lunch to take to the airport, because our flight time meant that we missed dinner. To conclude, we’d highly recommend this resort to anyone wishing to visit Egypt. We received nothing short of first class treatment and can’t wait to return. Our rating five stars and 10/10

A Fantastic Stay with Kids! I recently had an amazing stay at the Rehana Hotel with my kids, and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere specially Mr. Marwan from reception his friendly and professional attitude is second to none The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the kids had a memorable experience. They were extremely attentive and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. From Haytham, Mustafa at the restaurant to Abdul from HK who used to entertain the kids while cleaning the room. We felt welcomed and valued as guests, which made such a difference in our overall impression of the hotel The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped for a family with children. The beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness standards were impeccable. And let's not forget the impressive beach and the swimming pools with all the slides and entertainment programs around it ! It made my kids feeling very special. Thanks Rehana for a memorable experience

I would lie if I said this wasn't my best vacation. They have Friendly staff, delicious food, and clean rooms. Many thanks to Mr Shrien, Mr Marwan and the rest of the staff as they were very professional. In general great hotel. Very highly recommended.

Good value for the price

The Manager (Marwan) was amazing he done everything he possibly could to make my stay enjoyable, the staff were also polite and helpful. The room was large and clean with a good size balcony and shower room (with hot water). There were lots of pools and sun beds available. I did not eat at the Rehanna as Unfortunately I had to cut my visit short as I have a bad back and didn’t realise the distance I had to walk to get to the beach (they do have a little bus to take you 1/2 way to the beach) But getting old doesn’t come alone and the walk made my back worse The beach was full when I visited it but I was still able to find a bed and go snorkelling off the pier. I have been to quite a few hotels in Sharm and for the cost and facilities they offer here it is good value and once again I must say that the Manager Marwan couldn’t do enough for me.

I want to thank the front office manager, Mr Marwan Waked for his hospitality, professionalism and his kindness! Rehana

I give this hotel 5 stars! The service, staff and everything was beyond what I expected! All the staff do their best and more!

The only thing that I recommend them to improve is the food in the restaurant, it could be better and have much more variety than what’s presented.

Rooms not clean enough Check in process took 3 hours I changed my room three times in 2 days TV is not working Shower wasn't working Rooms were so fare from restaurant, reception and beach Place where offering snakes were so fare from everything Some staff in pool bar has attitude issue in dealing with guest I selected pool view over booking but they told me when I arrived that it is not available till next day. Overall this experience will not be repeated again

The slide were good but not good for babies. pools not heated

Room needs updating including the room door. We requested a cot before arrival when we arrived all travel cots taken. We were sent a baby mini cot, slats broken too small and food on mattress, spoke to reception apologised. We put the cot in the hallway and our baby had to sleep with us. breakfast time no clear labelling for food and when we asked what the food was and ingredients no one could tell us, we were not allowed to to serve ourselfs. We ordered Fanta from the starfish bar and was flat. Kids pools not heated. My husband walked down the corridor with a strange non garden area and there was a snake in the corner. we couldn’t open the door with key card and the staff also couldn’t open the door. 45 minutes later finally 1 master key found to open door. We found overall cleaning needs to improve and disappointed with overall customer service. Thankfully we only stayed one night!!!

good stay, despite some issues

this hotel generally exceeded expectations - I had an amazing view and balcony to sit on, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast and dinner buffet were both pretty good. But the wifi was terrible, the lights were out in the corridors of my building for my entire stay, I rarely had hot water for showering, and I asked for an iron on day one and it was never delivered during my three-day stay. so...on balance good but some challenges too.
